CATEGORY A WINES
CATEGORY B WINES

Chateau Tour
Leognan Blanc 2009

This wine has a very nice clarity and vibrant straw gold hue, with aromas of green apple and grapefruit with floral and stony notes. On the palate there is lime zest, green apple, clove, with tangy grassy notes and minerality.  The finish is medium to long and there is a nice acidity that suggests this would pair well with salads, light vegetable dishes, a variety of poultry, fish, and many light, spicy dishes. This is a medium bodied white wine.
Angosto Valencia

The 2009 Angosto is made up of equal proportions of Malbec, Garnacha Tintorera, Syrah, Graciano, and Cabernet Franc aged for 10 months in 500-liter French oak. It offers up a complex perfume made more so by a hint of balsamic. Racy raspberries enliven the palate with succulent flavor and vibrant acidity. This classy offering will evolve for 1-2 years but can be approached now. Bodega El Angosto’s new releases are outstanding.

This wine is deep red color. In the nose, you will find notes of ripe red fruits and spices. Full-bodied, nicely acidic and fruity in the mouth, the finish is round and full of character."

Hi Sparkling Rose

Hi! Rose is a light and crisp sparkling wine made from the prosecco grape (or “glera”) in the North of Venice where one could feel the cool breezes from the Alps and the warm influence of the Adriatic.

Great as an aperitif with light dishes, appetizers or desserts.

Chateau Tayac Margaux

This wine is 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Merlot. Less than 3,000 cases of this wine are produced.

The wine reveals extraordinary density, power, and richness as well as explosive fruit, and terrific acidity, intensity, and power.  Yet it tastes like a crisp, delicate Margaux.  This wine should age nicely for 5 plus years.   The color is a deep garnet and is smoky on the nose with hints of toasty oak and ripe fruit. The palate is full bodied with well balanced tannins and a long finish

Spelletich Reserve Merlot

This 100% Nappa Merlot is a luscious well ripened, very appealing Merlot with its big black bing cherry, plum, liquorish and rich lingering chocolate finish. A great Merlot to pair nicely with slow braised meats and lavender spiced grilled vegetables. There are only 400 Cases produced.
Marqués de Monistrol
Reserva Privada  Cava

This is one of the oldest wine producing properties in Penedés having established winemaking in 1882.

The wines from this famous Cava house rival the best from this part of Spain.

Lemon yellow color, this wine is very fresh and well-balanced. It has a fruity bouquet with overtones of ageing, balanced acidity and small sparkling bubbles.
