We have six incredible wines for you to choose from this month. We are sure that you will be pleased when you open your wines over dinner or to share with friends. The wines this month are broken into two categories. You can select:

• Bring the printout to the Goody Goody store that you designated when you signed up for A Wine Know’s Wine Club.
They will have your name on the wine club list and assist you in retrieving your selections from the list of this month’s wines.

Galius comes from the best plots and terroirs of the tray and foot side of the jurisdiction. The vineyard is composed of 75% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Galius is aged 12 months in new oak barrels. The garnet color is very rich, and the nose contains aromas of toasted vanilla and ripe fruit. The palate is concentrated with a finish of lovely wood tannins Galius is a full bodied wine.
ENRICO PROSECCO BRUT
a delicious Italian Sparkling Wine produced from the Prosecco grape. The color is a brilliant straw yellow enlivened by its strands of tiny bubbles. Its aromatic quality is fresh and rich in fruity aromas of apple and pear with a hint of citrus fruit which fades into the floral bouquet. The mouth is soft, yet dry thanks to its good acidity. The winery, Bellussi Spumanti SRL, is located a little over 30 miles from Venice in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area. ENRICO PROSECCO BRUT makes the perfect aperitif, ideally served at 45-50F and is a good compliment to seafood or pasta dishes with light meat sauce; fresh cheeses and white meat. SANTA HELENA VERNUS
CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This wine is 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah, and 5% Petit Verdot; and is aged in French Oak for 12 months. The Vernus Cab is a beautiful deep magenta red with aromas of dark cherry, blackcurrant, and cinnamon with vanilla overtones. On the palate it is a rich, full-bodied wine with an intense fruity flavor. The tannins are soft and well integrated. Cassis and spicy notes give the wine a concentrated aromatic persistency and a long and sustained finish.
