LE VALLON DE BARDE HAUT

Barde Haut was purchased by Sylviane Garcin-Cathiard in September 2000. Sylviane Garcin-Cathiard comes from a Bordeaux wine family who also own properties in the region. She’s related to Florence and Daniel Cathiard who own Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte. Chateau Barde Haut is located in the eastern portion of St. Emilion on a well elevated, limestone plateau. This wine is flexible and light weight with firm tannins. It posseses a nice balance of fruit, beautiful in length, with a lovely finish
SAINT HILAIRE EXTRA DRY

More than a century before champagne, the Benedictine Monks of the Abbey of Saint-Hilaire in the Southern foothills of Limoux had created France's Very First Sparkling Wine. Today, over four and a half centuries later, SAINT-HILAIRE Blanquette de Limoux is made in the very same foothills of Southern France. One uncorking and you'll discover why the French compare SAINT-HILAIRE with their finest Champagne. And at a fraction of the cost, you'll never pay Champagne prices again. Crisp and elegant with a touch of sweetness, this wine is ideal for those who find most Champagnes too sharp.

TILLMAN SAUVIGNON BLANC

Dry, with the slightest hint of citrus, it is the perfect summertime refreshment. One glass of this wine will always lead to another. Pair this wine with Soft cheeses, Chicken or seafood, and light pasta dishes. When the weather is hot and humid, a glass of Tillman Sauvignon blanc is crisp and refreshing
