Wine Club FAQ
If you have been a member of a wine club in the past then you already know how much fun they can be, especially when the wine rocks.  We want to make sure to select great wines every month.  The great thing about A Wine Know’s wine club is your ability to choose two wines from a group of six every month.  Because of the great selection of wines and your ability to pick the ones that you like the best, you are much more likely to select a wine you love each and every month.  The best thing about this type of wine club is the fact that you may find something that you absolutely love.  In order to do that, you have to try new things.  This is an inexpensive, fun way to venture out into the great unknown when it comes to wine.  We are going to be directing you every month on wines that you just might possibly discover are a new favorite.  Below are answers to a few questions that we get on a regular basis:
Can I cancel any time? – We know that you will love being a member of our wine club, but if you decide that you wish to cancel, all you have to do is follow these easy steps:

1st: Click HERE and sign in using your username and password.  
2nd: Scroll down to “Subscriptions” and click on the date you started your membership.  
3rd: Click the Cancel Subscription button. 

Your subscription will be cancelled as of that day and you will not be charged further.   Remember that you are charged on the first of every month.   If you cancel your membership, you will not be billed for upcoming months.   But remember to pick up your wine for the current month if your card was charged on the first of that month.  
Can I skip a month? – Unfortunately no.   You are automatically billed at the first of every month.   Remember the cool thing about a wine club is to try things that you may not be sure of.   If we allowed members to skip months it would be an accounting nightmare. Remember, even though we are collecting your payment on this site, the sale is actually taking place with your selected retailer. Skipping months would make ordering for them from their distributor very difficult to keep accurate.
What if I don’t like the wine you picked this month? Once again, the fun thing about a wine club is trying a multitude of different wines. Since there are six new wines to choose from every month, we are sure you will find something you like.
Can I change my pickup location? - You may change your pick up location at any time by simply giving us a call. We will update your pickup location for the following month.
How will the charge appear on my credit card? – A Wine Know
How do I change my account information? – Simply click the Sign Up Button, log in with your name and password, and change your information.
When will my card be charged? – Your card will be charged when you sign up and then on the first of each month thereafter. 
When can I pick up my wine? – You may pick up your wine from the selected Goody Goody Location any time from the 1st to the end of the month. If you have forgotten to pick up a previous month, just give us a call and we will assist you.

What if my wine is not available when I go to pick it up? – Not Gonna Happen…OK well let’s hope it doesn’t because that would mean that we dropped the ball somewhere.   We are working closely with Goody Goody to make sure that everything goes smoothly.  If you have any problems, concerns, questions, or kudos for us or our retailers; please give us a call or drop us an email and let us know.   We will fix any issues at once and we are always glad to hear from a happy customer.
