Of This Fantastic Sparkling Moscato

Dezzani Il Dolce Bianco Moscato 37853  This wine has a light straw-yellow color; the perfume is pleasant, fresh with notes of citrus fruit and orange blossoms. The taste is sweet and the aromas standing out remind you of squeezed grapes, honey and pear.

The village of Saint Romain is located a few miles from Meursault and Volnay.   The appelation of this wine is in the village, of the house Pierre André    The grapes are harvested from vineyards located in the middle and bottom of the hill on a very hard floor.  More specifically, the plot is located at the entrance of the valley of the village of Saint-Romain.

Chardonnay of this cuvée Saint-Romain is developed in stainless steel tanks and perfectly expresses the minerality and freshness that characterizes the wines of the appellation On the palate you will experience fruit, citrus and a clean fresh finish.
The history of Drappier Champagne dates back to 1808. But the history of the cellars and vineyards goes back to the 12th century when Saint Bernard had an annex built to Clairvaux Abbey in Urville.  These cellars where the wine is stored are among the oldest and most extensive in Europe.  The cellars are also among the few that were not damaged during the two world wars.

The Drappier Champagnes are characterized by great purity of fruit and great balance.  This is a gorgeous, finesseful Champagne that is a pleasure to drink.  It is pale yellow in color with a lovely perfume hinting of peach and citrus.  Creamy and elegant on the palate, the flavors hint of peach and citrus, make this a delightful elegant wine
This very charming Champagne Rose is composed of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay in which we add 15% of Bouzy Rouge, a famous Pinot Noir in Bouzy village in the middle of Champagne. Issued from the Premier Cru, it has a beautiful bouquet on the nose as on the mouth.

The beautiful salmon rose colour is topped with a nice ring of fizziness making very fine bubbles. On the nose, the wine initially displays red fruits like cherry followed by plum and apricot. We can already guess its intense body. On the mouth, the freshness of the Chardonnay and the richness of the Pinot Noir enhance the wine's full-bodied elegance, developing red fruits with cherry and blackcurrant, followed by apricot. A beautiful palate with a very good length, characteristic of the Pinot Noir. A very elegant wine.
